Can you return the parts if they don't fit??

As part of your right of withdrawal, you can return parts purchased from us. You can find the conditions for this on the linked page.

Important to know:

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. This is regulated by law.

You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling on your part that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

In simple terms: If the part is no longer 100% in order, then we can retain part of the purchase price for the loss in value. So: handle the parts with care if you are not sure whether you want to keep them.
