Log in to your customer account. From there, click on My Orders. You will now see the status of your order and, if applicable, the status of your package with the parcel service provider.
Don't have a customer account? No problem. When the package is shipped, we will give you the shipping service provider's tracking number. You can use the number to check the status of the package at DHL or DHL Express.
Investigation request
We can only submit an investigation request if the package has not moved for seven days. Unfortunately, you'll have to be patient until then. Unfortunately, we cannot influence anything at this time.
